Lace ’Em & Race ’Em 5K/7K Series – 2026
Are you ready to test your best?The Lace ’Em & Race ’Em Series is the perfect way to measure your progress all season long. This five-race series takes place on the same fast, scenic course each time, so you know exactly what to expect—and can watch your endurance and speed improve with every race.
Whether you’re a first-time 5K runner or a seasoned athlete chasing PRs looking for a running race in the Twin Cities, this course and race series is friendly, fun, and built for breakthroughs.
Series Highlights:
🏅 Medals for all participants at every race
🏆 Cash Grand Prize for the athletes (one male and one female) with the most improved time across the series (must complete at least 3 of the 5 races, including the finale, to qualify)
